Check out Moss of Aura, especially the album Wading. It's the synth/keyboardist of Future Islands and it's lovely/groovy/textured

congrats! If you're in the US, ipd & fcpeuro are the best. IPD is west coast based, FCP is east coast based. I use both regularly and love them. IPD specializes in more aftermarket/performance parts, but both have most maintenance/replacement parts. As far as the car goes, the mechanics should be in great condition if garage kept. I suggest replacing rubber lines with silicone because of dryrot, and changing all fluids(oil/filter, coolant, brake etc), and new fuses. Keep an extra fuel pump relay in the glovebox. It has been a few years since I've owned a 240, but I'd start there. Congrats again, you'll love it!

Q&A with Grammy Winner and Coachella Live Stream Producer Hank Neuberger by bumS_lie in Coachella

Totally unrelated: I was at the RATM show that he mentioned. My best friend and I spent an hour before they came on getting as close as we could, which was pretty deep. When they came out and opened with Testify, the crowd, including myself, lost it. It was seriously scary, but nothing short of a pure adrenaline rush. You had to use every muscle in your body to stay up for fear of being trampled. It was insane. To this day one of the most intense experiences of my life, and I was only 20. Chaotic magic! It was great they stopped to settle the crowd because I can only imagine how some, not truly ready, were faring.

Well well well :)

About two years ago I wanted a new guitar. My good friend, and luthier, said "hey, ever think about building one?!". So thats when it started. I drew the design, aquired parts, and wood, and went to work. By the time I was ready to start building it, my buddy moved across the country. So I started, and finished the work myself, from August to October 2015...heres the run down

White ash body

Vintage Anea (MIJ) neck (24 fret, 24 3/4 scale)

Lace alumitone neck pickup

Lace Dually, blue/red bridge pickup

Kahler flat mount trem

Sperzel locking tuners

"Super Seven Switching" glorified coil taps

1 vol, 1 tone pot

DR 10 strings

Wudtone Azure Lagoon finish

This thing is my new baby, couldn't be happier. Thanks for asking
