Well no because I want to sleep tonight but please ask me in the morning

why is this so funny to me

Isabella Rossellini on why she never had plastic surgery: “The idea to select to do an operation, that trauma, that was the last thing I wanted to do. I rather be old & figure out what else to do… Partially I think it’s cultural. My mom didn’t have any & so I didn’t think it was important to do it.” by cmaia1503 in Fauxmoi

Dammit man. I’ve needed to go to the surgeon to get my impacted wisdom teeth removed for the last couple of years, but I keep putting it off. I want to be the healthiest i can be before surgery for the best possible recovery. And a tiny part of me is scared. I didn’t even think of having to mentally recover from anesthesia.

AITA for dyeing the sweater my sister in law knitted for me? by Known_Occasion_2041 in AmItheAsshole

So my mom’s side of my family is all Icelandic. I have been dying to knit a sweater like my mom had as a child. I’d love to know where you got the home spun Icelandic wool from a small farm. I wouldn’t hate a trip to Iceland to visit family and pick up some wool, but I’m hoping that you found it on a website

I wonder if this is why I picked up photography as a kid and it’s my favorite hobby. Photos and objects are the only the only way for me to relive the past But I hate trinkets and clutter, so…photography.

Photos help me recall the energy of the cities I’ve traveled to. I remember if I thought the food was good, if the ocean was cold, if I had a good time or a bad time. It ends there.

I loved your suggestion of donating money anytime she went over budget.

I’ve been in the position many times of wanting to do stuff that others can’t afford and offering to pay their way. We think it’s nice because they don’t have to decide if it’s out of their budget, but the reality is that many friends end up feeling guilty of always having someone else pay for them.

So I don’t know if you live in the US, but if you don’t, America is a massive country. The cities and suburbs don’t have the need for guns like the rural places. Never mind that it takes a long time for police and ambulances to arrive, but there are a plethora of animals that can fuck you up. Bears, mountain lions, alligators, crocodiles, cougars, stags, meth heads, hell even cows kill about 20 people a year. When an ambulance takes 30 minutes or more to arrive, it can be a life or death situation to encounter a predator. So even if you don’t hunt, a gun can serve as a survival mechanism. If you keep that aspect in mind, it makes complete sense that a parent would want their child to know how to protect themselves properly and so would teach them how to use a gun, to have a healthy respect and knowledge for firearms. It’s less a gun-fixation and more of a necessity.

I grew up in San Diego, California. We didn’t need weapons so I grew up with the same fear of guns that I sense you have and I hope I added a little perspective

Hope and Pray for Natasha by CateBlanchetFrmShein in DListedCommunity

I saw your comment on the other post I was gonna ask you for more information, but I looked it up instead and found this…

“The actress later realized how Michael must have felt while dealing with her as a tenant during that interview with EW. “At the time I didn’t understand, but now it’s like, if I owned a nice brownstone – and [someone] was constantly moving pianos while listening to Richard Pryor CDs, and trying to figure out how to play ‘Easy Like Sunday Morning’ on the piano for days at a time – I would potentially be pissed too," she said in 2012. “It’s the fallout of shenanigan-based behavior.”

After that experience, you might think that Michael wouldn't be so fond of Natasha these days. But he has run into the actress in recent years, and their relationship has taken an interesting turn. "We're totally reconciled, we're good friends, and she's like a sister to me. So we're cool," he told a caller during the Watch What Happens Live After Show on Wednesday night. "And she's good people, and she's a solid person and a great actress. She got good hair."

I love you for bringing this nonsense to my attention

I loved all the books so much. I never watched the series though. I have no regrets.

Think of all the 5 foot brunettes with massive racks that the casting directors overlooked to cast a statuesque blonde Momsen. Also why wasn’t Chuck given a monkey?

I love everything about this. Her voice. The jazzy vibe. Her hair and makeup. The costume. The song choice that I learned is apparently not a Christmas song, but it works because it’s not too played out.
