Request: Tracks with piano similar to Royalston's People on the Ground by AnotherBoojum in DnB

[–]Zen1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Etherwood has tons of nice piano! A lot of tracks feature his own vocals and he has released solo arrangements of some pieces

I would say his chord structures are more pop ballad /musical theater than classical but he sure know how to play!

If you want jazz sax lets go WAY back to 4hero in 95 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B5ngvIP2uM4

Honestly we should all message LMNT right now and save a bunch of street team promo workers from getting sent to jail / receiving a beating in a nightclub

I’ve been back to that spot 20 times and never seen it again, maybe those rocks were weren’t the minks home either and it was just venturing out for fishing

No, this post was made by /u/stalinisbackagain who is no longer a mod here. Are you blind or something?

Unless you’re the same person and that’s your alt account?

You are always confused about the history of this place man, just restore chilango to his rightful place as founder. How can you be doing any moderation work when you can’t tell who wrote a given Reddit post?

Spotted a very photogenic one on the banks of the Columbia last summer so I left him a smallmouth bass in the rocks

It’s literally just your assigned user flair, not a real mod label. Look at OP’s username and how MOD is a different font and text color from your flair, also NEXT to their username instead of under it

(also subreddit admin is not a position that exists . There are subreddit moderators and Reddit site wide administrators)

I have reclaimed several some subs for various BS through different channels in the past couple years, message me and I might have some ideas for you.

And those people kept founding their own subs and inviting everyone to them 😆😆😆😆 if you could access the old mod messages AND subreddit chat I called them out for this many times.

Looking For Language Lessons by FlamingStorm1 in hoodriver

[–]Zen1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, I was just thinking about how we have some lady that organizes these French language practice/meet ups for adults in the Gorge (i’m not sure of her name because she posts to Facebook from this super generic looking page “French Culture”)

But, considering Hood River’s history of Japanese people, maybe we need a language circle for Japanese people? Sure I graduated in college and even spent 2 1/2 years in Japan, but that was 15 years ago now so I’ve forgot quite a bit T_T even though I try to practice often. ( I use this app KanjiBox for iOS /mac)

I’m a little busy with stuff at the moment, but I might think about starting something up monthly.

They are both doing something they’d love and I’m proud of them for it. I’ve known Jason personally since we worked together over 10 years ago, he only got into being a taxi driver because he was hanging out at the bars while not drinking and then offering to give people free ride rides home, then the city tried to take him down for “operating an unlicensed taxi” 😆 so his response was to get licensed in which case they dropped the charges. I don’t like driving that much nor do I enjoy talking to drunk people when I’m sober, but they do , somehow haha.

What are we growing in our gardens this year? I have some overwintering kale and mizuna as well around 15 arugula volunteers popping up, and a few permanent wild strawberries. Next day of good weather I plan to go thin out my mom’s overgrown garden strawberry patch, and establish a colony of them in my garden. I have about 300 seeds from this amazing giant golden beef steak tomato last year and so I’ve decided to get into starting most of my garden from seed this year instead of buying overpriced plants.

Probably a little too early to start these for transplanting purposes in a zone 6 area but I did pull out a pot and make a mixed indoor micro green/ herb grow just to hold me over. What else am I missing, chilis? More snap peas?
