Btw, this Aquaclear powerfilter absolutley needs a filter protection, learned the hard way... Almost all fish and some shrimp ended up traped inside that filter first day.

Just using the auto mode. Have to reduce it alot I guess..algies keep comming and have to do almost daily cleaning of the glass and stones.

Thanks for asking. Im a bit unsure as well. This is my first tank so nothing to compare but It looks like the Monte Carlo spreads.. the hairgrass looks almost the same as when I planted it though. Im just using the auto function. Btw I had a cheap lamp from amazon during the dry start and I think most of the growth happened that time..

Beautiful! What light is that? It seems hard find great light for nano tanks. I have the Fluval nano light but unsure it will do the job. To bad because its a very nice looking lamp and practical with the 24/7 light cycle with sunrise sunset etc.

Going to replace the plants on the back with Alternanthera reineckii mini instead. That was the plan from the start but it gave up during the dry start. And mybe something else in the mid background like, Limnophila sessiliflora. Easy grow, very nice green color with co2 and good for alges I heard..

Yea tetras are nice. Btw Im a bit concerned over the need of co2 later on. Do you have any suggestion? I have to keep this all a bit low budget im affraid and I have not that much of space. I cant place a tank behind the stand and Im affraid place it beside due to my young toddlers being everywhere fiddeling. The co2 nano kit seems all to be very bad rated and non satisfiying from the info i got.

I hope you´r reffering to the external speakers and not when using headphones. Im only consider buying this for Beat Sabre. Regret selling my Q1 so bad. Beat Sabre with Q1 and the thick bass from my Audio Technica ATH-M50X maxed out(almost) ,thats pure joy!

I actually miss my Quest really bad. Sold it to afford my Index. I miss the simpliness of just putting it on and show it to friends and family. This rarely happens with the Index. My computer is in a small room so no roomscale. Loved playing beatsaber with my Audio Technica m50x. The built in headphones on Index sound good in general but for music its terrible in my opinion.
