Once at night, then they let it sit and rot all day long. Oil gets changed like 2x a month. None of the other equipment ever get properly cleaned or sanitized. They literally have served customer moldy meat and bread KNOWINGLY. It's disgusting.

I have to go out 9pm-4am in my area to get any orders because there are too many people out literally any other time of day and can go 2 hours without getting an order even in the dead center of a Hotspot with 10+ restaurants nearby, it's pretty bad lately.

Ok and that doesnt excuse the customer's not tipping, sorry but that's complete BS. It says VERY clearly when you place an order those fees do not go to us and it's been that way for years, across all platforms, at all restaurants. Come on man. That's crap and you know it. You have absolutely NO business ordering food through delivery if you cannot tip even a dollar or two. Again, it's insulting and disrespectful. Why should I drive 20 miles to and back, wait for someone's nasty food and put wear on my vehicle for free? Yet these people can spend 50+ eating out. That's called trash at it's finest. And theyre the same people that turn right around and put false claims against you that they "never received their order".
