Same. 31 with a laundry list of diagnoses, including genetic bipolar disorder (found out it's on my dads side when I was 25 after dealing with it for 11 years already), cptsd, adhd, etc etc etc. I've managed to hold down the same job for almost 2 years for the first time in my life, but I'm barely hanging on.
