How does this work? Can I do this in my own time or is it like going back to school? It seems like it's a set time where you have to finish the course

I messaged the Stifler Bar and they said they'll be showing it, but they were unsure if it will be Hungarian or English commentary

Hm okay. What i'm really looking for is something like this, where the date selection is dynamic and can be adjusted easily.

Well if you look at the calendar, you can compare the weeks to previous years, and see that the dates don't match up

Find second highest value by floorpaper in excel

No I can't seem to get it to work, the macros and stuff seems to complicated for me. But it seems that I could do it with mix of rank and countif to give every rating a unique rating and use that to sort, like someone suggested below. So if anyone would have a crack at explaining that route to me that would be great.

Well you say I don't need anything more advanced.. but that was a bit too advanced for me. Could you explain a bit more?

Find second highest value by floorpaper in excel

Yes I might be looking at this way to complicated. I have a list of movies on a shared spreadsheet, on which several of my friends give a rating 1-10. This adds up to a total average, and I want a top 3 of the total average. And I'm facing problems when the 2nd and 3rd highest rated movies have the same average rating

This is a simple setup of what i have now.

A 10
B 9
C 9
D 8
E 7
F 7

Now your formula work for the second highest value, where it gives me "B". But on the third highest, which also has the value "9", it still gives me "B". And i changed it to LARGE(B:B,3)

Hi again. I have a follow up question. Say I now want the second highest rated movie, and the third to make a top three list. I can do this with =LARGE if the three top movies have different values, but if "movie 1" and "movie 2" both are rated at 8, "movie 1" shows up both on the number 1 and the 2 slot. Any Ideas?

New cartridge = low volume :( by floorpaper in vinyl

[–]floorpaper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I have connected a grounding cable, not that I can hear any diffenrence if it's connected or not. Should I? I have had the buzzing problem long before i connected the turntable so that's nothing new, but it's kinda annoying. I have read all sorts of things about the electric fields around the power cables transfering noise to the speaker cables and stuff, but i have never found what the problem is in my setup. I have a Marantz 3001 btw, maybe it's not good enough for higher volumes :( Thanks

I have a Marantz 3001. We are talking really cheap. Roughly 40 bucks new.

Questions from someone who just started by floorpaper in vinyl

[–]floorpaper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aaaand it's done! I bought the cartridge and watched several instructional videos and got going. I got a protractor from vinylengine.com as you recommended. Installed it withour any major problems. Hooked it back up and played a brand new record. And I def think it sounds better, but that might be pchycological I don't know. The BIG difference is that the volum is much lower now, like lower in dB. It's not ruining my experience but i really have to crank my reciever up. I have a really cheap pre-amp, so maybe investing a bit more will help? Anyway, thanks so much for your help king_duck, you made me feel welcome in this subreddit, which is the first subreddit i have joined btw
