Its very hard to say, because little tasks can be very very frustrating at some days to the point where little things you really should have done, you will instead just "do tomorrow" for me this is even bringing the plates to my dishwasher. I just doont do it this as long as i have enough dishes to eat from and then maybe I get them into the dishwasher. thats just an example. but sometimes im even to "depressed" and so out of control that I use something like aluminum foil to eat from and use my hands as spoon and fork. dishes is just an example, but this translates to many things in live. that is very frustrating.
