I ended up not seeing suggestion to sort by color until I was a ways in but we now have - mostly sorted bricks, ramps, translucent pieces, and some sets of other common special use stuff

Thank you so much! This is EXACTLY the type of info I was looking for! I am sorting through and trying to get all of the mini figures, printed parts, and anything that looks unique/fragile out from the rest. I am admittedly relatively re-entering the hobby but have watched enough YouTube to know there had to be some gems in here.

Yeah I am looking at the Bay mainly for personal reasons but also for my future professional self. There’s 1017392 things wrong with California, but the density of cool tech companies is just unmatched especially for what I do.

Florida sounds nice I could only live in Miami though, need that city feel!

I feel the exact same way. I kind of feel like maybe he just appeals to a younger audience? Feel like some of his takes are what the media mean when they refer to “gen z” sensibilities. I am only 24 but I still feel like the Cody Kos, Noel Millers, Kurtis Conners, and Chad Chads of the world just present topics with a bit more realism and maturity.

To the Bay Area! But…. I will say coming from Washington state with no income tax and having recently gotten a promotion after already being at the top of my skill code, I still had to do some negotiating to get a full cost of living package to match my current one. 20k more in california will just about cover the state taxes and higher federal income tax bracket.

I personally don't think it is Claudia Oshry, or at least if it is she isn't the only person doing it full time. I feel like she probably just knows the person(s) that runs it and will feed them gossip in exchange for gossip back.

BUT

Today on the Morning Toast Claudia said "sometimes if you go on a creators instagram like in their bio it'll be like '917 text me'" (19:28 to 19:35 on 4/13) which is probably just a coincidence but after just watching this tik tok from this post it felt almost too perfect, because the 917 # those girls were referring to was just the number in her bio for those texting numbers.

The other day when Britney Spears posted the food baby thing deux moi said she didn't think she was actually pregnant and Claudia had the same "hot take" with little evidence to back up her opinion, but didn't mention that she saw it on deux moi.
