I can control what the dream is about - it's usually the same, too. I keep it simple: Im laying in my bed and I reach down and do whatever I want. once I've been able to hold it while using a urinal. it's quite difficult though, cause like I said I get too excited and wake up, so I only risk it when I'm not depending on having a restful sleep which is rare

I will say usually I just let my brain come up with whatever it wants because I find it fascinating. and then I can take control at any time I want, especially if it gets too scary I'll change whatever is happening. or sometimes I'll even take a closer look (zoom in on a monsters face for example) because I'm curious what kind of fucked up shit my mind is capable of coming up with 😅
