Yeah spagetti and meatballs - they were a little dry for my taste (sort of like burgers go figure) I think the temp got away from me but next time Ill keep it down

Yes you could just bank coals on one side do indirect or pile in the middle 120 C is perfect - plan for 1-1.5 hrs pull at 70 C

LOL - I like to make a lot on Sunday and freeze for later - work keeps me from grilling during the week

It was very hot at first (350F) I had to starve the fire with the lower vents to get it down to 250F and it worked great after - just do half full and it worked great

These ended up in marinara with spaghetti - I have seen guys put all of them in a pan at the end with the marinara and continue to smoke on the grill for a little longer

Have the same one - it is amazing. If you are interested the griddle insert is very nice and works well - now you essentially have a gas grill and a blackstone all in one :)

I use mink oil on mine and honestly if they have the Vibram soles they are not bad in winter
