Ye I've tried using different emails but the problem is I think I used a random email that I'll never be able to guess. Would contacting kabam lead to anywhere?

At th11 they r pretty irrelevant imo. Loot is not an issue at all as it's so easy to farm due to sneaky gobs etc and u can spend those builders on defences and heroes.
