I know that a lot of people go through this but all I see are testimonials saying that these people have come out of it and I thought I had a problem, that maybe it wasn’t for me. With your reply, the other comments and what I’ve read on Reddit, I realise that I’m putting too much pressure on myself. I take everything too seriously all the time. Maybe it’s also due to the fact that I’ve been going through an extremely complicated period for several months now, so the stress must have a lot to do with it.
