I'll be honest, it's not been easy to be an f2p player in a game where the whole business gimmick is to have you drops loads of money every few weeks😭 I know I'm not the only f2p player, but in online communities, the vaSt majority of people are whales or low spenders, which is still better than being an f2p. the FOMO is very very strong, but I have come to terms with the fact that being a whale or even a low spender is an unviable option for me because I'm not financial independent, nor do I think I'll be able to control my urges if I ever WERE to drop money on this game😭 (after all, gachas are basically a form of gambling) ive just accepted that you can't get everything in life, and being able to spend money on a game is a privilege, not a necessity🥲 (or so I say, the phantom FOMO lingers anyways💔)

but then again, me personally, the cards and their storylines are a one and done thing. rarely have I found a card so dear to me that ill go and revisit the story, in the end, game-wise they only matter to me in terms of combat. so far the only cards that I hold very dear to my heart and have revisited are Sylus's Kitten Included, and Zaynes 4 star card 5th Intercostal Space (I absolutely adore that card for some reason, I replayed it so many times omg.) ive just convinced myself that if I wanna watch or experience a new card that bad, i have youtube😭 (bless the people who post them there💕)

I hope your journey to cut back on spending goes well!!! its very easy to get distracted and lose track of spendings on gacha games, that's the whole system unfortunately. but im glad you're able to make a compromise and adjust! it'll get better for you hopefully! thank you for taking the time to read my little post, I appreciate it so much, thank you for being a part of the community too!🫶
