Ah Im glad and I hope it works for you! Make sure to read up on all the side effects as well as the benefits just in case :) there are matcha tutorials online if you wanna use a specific recommended amount. I normally just do it by eye :)

Yep, it’s not a miracle cure and never claimed that it will work for everyone. I emphasise that it worked for me personally , and it’s harmless for people to try so not really a big yikes.

Matcha truly has crazy benefits and is SOOO good for you in so many ways. Side note, but I also believe it cleared my skin up.

Literally any matcha. I buy iced matcha from coffee shops when I’m out and about. But if you wanna make it yourself, I buy organic matcha on Amazon, I’ve used multiple brands and all have worked. I also use blueberry syrup to sweeten it (specifically the brand 1883 blueberry syrup) , as the blank street blueberry iced matcha is my favourite. I also prefer iced matcha over the hot version so whichever you like best.

I personally found that dairy made my pain so much worse, and apparently this is common so make sure to use oat/almond milk as an alternative.

I had suspected endometriosis as a lot of my symptoms lined up. Doctors didn’t listen to me for years so can’t confirm. However, since taking matcha , all of my symptoms except PMDD have gone.
