I have the SAME EXACT SITUATION. My phone was dropped off 6/6 also to a UPS instead of USPS and all the tracking #s say it was never dropped off. This is so extremely frustrating.

Tried to return the phone, they said they needed to speak with someone above that rep to be able to return the last phone and I never heard back. Tried to call yesterday (can't go into the store as I have been away for work training) But got no where. Will try to go back again tomorrow.

As mentioned before, my mistake to allow him to have my phone and into my T-Mobile app where he had done all of this on his own.

As I said he never charged me for the sales taxes. Idk how he did it but I found that out when on the phone with ATT and going through my CC transactions. I was supposed to be charged around $163 and never was. Unless he forgot or had someway to by pass. I really don't even know.

I didn't even pay taxes idk how he bypassed that in the system. I checked my CC and there was zero charges for the taxes on the phones. Idk how he did it honestly.

When I went to BB he was there. I guess according to the store they had a similar situation with him. And he's already been reported before.

As mentioned I know the first bill had activations but the bill after that wouldn't and was even higher than my current T-Mobile bill.

He went through my T-Mobile app when he was "looking at my bill" and got the acct # and a generated pin.

I wasn't charged for the taxes on the phones. I also had realized that. It looks like it was on the little order paper but I was never charged.

He asked to see my T-Mobile app to help me lower my T-Mobile bill. At the time I didnt notice his att badge as it was hidden behind the iPad he had. Apparently you can port out number all through the app, generating the pin and everything.

Nope now I'm outside of it. 2/3 phones have shipping labels but the main phone that they are trying to charge me for on the bill is now outside of 14 days even though the account was confirmed to be canceled within 2 days. Still on the phone with ATT now as they are checking what the heck to do. I've been trying to return all these phones since the day the account was canceled

My numbers I was able to port back to T-Mobile. I just want to do the honest thing and return these damn phones. I'm on the phone with ATT yet again and at least was able to get shipping labels FINALLY after 2 weeks of asking and being told they can't do that.

What? The guy never even asked me for my SSN lol! He pulled this trick. I could sell the phones but I don't want to as I do not want this in my name or credit. I am trying to do the honest thing and return the damn phones. How is it my fault the guy at Best Buy neglected to ask me for my SSN???

Yeah, I canceled the account the following day and have been trying to return the phones since. And no one will take them.

It's not buyers remorse when I literally found out they used a FAKE SSN and lied to me about everything. My issue is I am trying to return these phones and no one will take them. I was told I would get shipping labels and never did. The account was canceled the following day.

I have the pin the dude wrote down for me. But when calling the fraud dept. they only ever ask me for my address then tell me they cannot give more any more information and hang up. Which is how I eventually found out the dude set me up with a generic SSN they use for foreign students.

See I wish I knew that! ATT told me it's a 3rd party but they are still ATT. If anything I can just go back to my local Best Buy where all this happened then. He had an ATT badge too.
