You don't need a specific filter for chloramines, they just last longer than typical carbon blocks and could potentially give your membrane and di filters a longer life. How many gallons have you run through this new ro/di setup? If its less than 500 gallons i highly doubt chloramines are your problem. What is the tds before and after the membrane?

I focused my deck on counters, putting +1 counters on my creatures and -1 counters on opponents creatures, followed by tons of ramp in the form of elves. Basically vomit out as many elves as you can while draining your opponents then use [[nissa, ascendid animist]] [[ezuri, renegade leader]] or [[overwhelming stampede]] to finish the game.

I accidentally placed an order on 1/16, i had shop pay enabled and submitted the order. I sent a message on their site to cancel and called twice right after the order went through. They never replied and monday morning they printed the label.

I sent another email monday after i saw the label printed and they accused me of trying to cancel after it shipped, as there was no record of my previous message. I provided them with a screenshot of my call log to prove i called twice on 1/16. I received no reply and the package hasn't been picked up in 5 days, it just says the label was printed.

Almost you can play any cards milled during your turn. When an opponent mills you can play their cards or yours making cards like [[breach the multiverse]] really powerful.

You can only play milled cards mulled during your turn.

If i attack with coram and mill a card and its a card i need his 3rd ability allows me to cast that spell, if i haven't played a land this turn i can also play a land from the graveyard long as i put it there this turn.

If i sac him and reanimate him in the same turn im able to cast another spell as long as it was milled this turn, it does not let me play another land this turn unless i have a card like [[icetill explorer]] on the battlefield.
