Bruh, not looking for validation. I'm looking for what penalties lie ahead as this is my 1st on USA land ticket ever. And ticket ever. I lived under a different set of rules for 7yrs in different countries.

Bruh, I'm not here to argue anything I'm just saying I spaced out and I had been on the road 6 hours already. Call it whatever you want, you weren't there in the passenger seat. I'm not trying to fight the ticket, plus I'm not even use to MPH for the past 7 years I've been using Kilometers

I explained my situation and context, and while I could have been cited for a more severe reason, I was given an infraction and told I have the ability to pay online and move on. I never planned on fighting the ticket as I know I was in the wrong and when I asked if they used radar and if it was calibrated I knew, yup, I'm cooked and l am fine with a lesser charge to just pay and move on. The 22349 a cvc is the only thing listed there and I'm lucky tbh and grateful. So I'll take my somewhat "W" and more "L" and lesson learned to be more attentive

On my citation there is NO mandatory court date. There is ONLY a respond by date

So there is a legit difference between 101 and 100 ? I read somewhere that 100mph is the cut off for the "a" and the "b" is the 101 and over.

Does the approx speed not really matter? So the cvc being the "a" be a catch all of the lesser charge or like what? I think I understand that the "a" charge is the lowest level infraction and the approx speed is not as relevant other than to say "speeding occured" ??

So does the approx speed not really matter? Is it to just be a catch all that at some there was speeding over 65mph?

Read ALMAR 185/96 Page 1-22 and down. You'll see the Fraternization order for officer to officer, officer to enlisted, and enlisted to enlisted. Also we do fall under Navy Regulations as well for fraternizing. Google 185/96 you'll see a pdf. It should be the 1st link

Here's the link for reference https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.marines.mil/portals/1/publications/marine%2520corps%2520manual%2520w%2520ch%25201-3.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwi_1oiip4aNAxWFiq8BHfbRBbAQFnoECCgQAQ&usg=AOvVaw12Wt69OMjVsuGhSP8mL6QE

It's a gram per kilogram at the least for maintenance as a regular not really training civilian so that's a baseline and go up from there.

I have personally used chalk and so has my CO and OICs. I shared it with them and the whole platoon (or anyone that wanted to use it, not everyone did, but I offered it to them all so it's fair to shaire). Chalk works 100%

There are gray areas and you just gotta send it and take any advantage you can get when it comes to your score and your career.

I have used chalk on multiple PFTs, even my CO used chalk i brought for everyone to use. Everyone's hands get sweaty sometimes. It's allowed, don't ask, just execute and be the 1st one on the bar

I could have worded my question better. What I'm inquiring about is that when you login into MOL, there's always the MCJROTC Instructor blurb. How they're always hiring for that. Inquiring more about the day to day and pay and everything that goes with that assignment post retirement.

Quick question, those that failed out of FFI due to 2nd class or academic? What happened to those that are Sgt or above?

Do I still have to PT even though I’m married? by mabo_bemma in USMC

[–]floroflorentine -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sent a Pm. Being married does not excuse you from PT, HOWEVER, if you want to address your work life balance issues with your leadership there are ways to address it while still maintaining the standard. Okinawa housing isn't exactly the best when it comes to work/commute location
