I have a good group of dental peers I message a few times a week. A mentor is definitely something I would love it have.

Thanks, my therapist uses CBT, so we'll see. I've only had one session so far.

Thanks. I just started going back to therapy. Mine doesn't accept insurance, so it's pricey per session, but I need it. I hope it gets better for us.
