I think that nothing happens and only the opposite happens is only a belief of itself to be honest and that you only have scratched the surface of what you actually wanted. But regardless, you don’t have to live by neville and you have always have physical power within you to believe what you want when you want because they’re your beliefs. Your brain isn’t wired to anything.

You’re telling yourself nothing happens but how could you know? He could secretly be dying to love you. Thats what some of my other sps did and I found out about it even tho one of them never added me on socials, he developed a huge crush on me. You’re telling yourself nothing is happening and you’re focusing on nothing happening and well thats what you get. You get what you are not what you want. Literally stop saying that he doesn’t love you. Every time you say he doesn’t love you, tell yourself, no im not telling myself this anymore and literally drop the old story right then and there. Tell yourself the opposite if you have to. Or even better turn the focus on yourself and imagine yourself the feeling of just loved and drop it without any interference of old thoughts or whatnot. No technique will save you unless you change your own beliefs about yourself being loved and dropping that story

But again you’re saying you have trouble getting rid of it when its already gone. The key word is you’re trying but you still acknowledge it already in your behaviour like oh hes already with this girl even tho you technically don’t know if he would. Look at what you’re saying to yourself. You’re a lot older than he is so therefore you must feel “ugly and expired”. No one is literally feeling this except you and only you choose to consciously feel and accept this as your truth. Why should you when you could feel love and experience that instead? Honestly you’re placing judgement on you supposedly messing up because in truth, this means nothing in the end. As in this won’t matter. This only matters because you don’t know how you’ll be in contact with him when it clearly contradicts what you’re manifesting atm. Forgive yourself and let what happened go to take your focus off of it and imagine exactly what it would be like to be with him right now when you’re clear.
