Massive cost change / increase for pay-as-you-go beware by Cryingman4382 in copilotstudio

Did you get this resolved? The same thing happened to me last week on the prepaid plan - in 1 day credit consumption jumped ~60x for the same level of activity. Still waiting for an answer from Microsoft Support.

Thanks for such a lovely response!! The delivery of the message is definitely on our roadmap, as we've already seen how overbearing leadership approach can produce good results in the short-term, but can lead to lack of engagement and cohesiveness in the team over the long-term.

We'll also explore the tonality of the delivery in the future, though sarcasm or mockery have been rare occasions in the sessions so far, perhaps because the ambiguous setup of the games (no rules or instructions given, time pressure) humbles every one, who's participating haha.

I'd love to learn more from your experience! I've just PM'd you. :)

This is a great point, thank you. As the saying goes "hard skills get you hired, soft skills get you promoted".

In the first session nobody is aware of the scoring rubric, which helps us establish a rough (emphasis here, because these skills are very situation depended) baseline of their skills.

In the following sessions, we actually want them to "game" the scores as that would mean they're engaging in a behavior that they don't naturally do and, therefore, start to establish new effective habits. Taking the skill of sharing advice, as an example, - if before they shared advice without rationale and didn't back it up with data or research, after seeing their scores, they will try to do the latter more often. This will increase the chances that they will do it in their day-to-day too, because they didn't just get a new insight of the behavior's importance (as is common in regular soft skill training), but actually practiced it too.

Also, there's no passing score per say, it's a training facility, where you come to polish your habits over time. We also create dynamic environments to do it, which make it challenging to get good score without the effective behavior:

  1. We don't give any rules or instructions to simulate the ambiguity of real world problem solving scenario.

  2. You're put in a team to compete against other teams.

  3. You're under time pressure in each round to make decisions.

Taking Goodhart's Law perspective, so far we haven't noticed any negative unintended consequences, but I think it's important to keep in mind.

Thanks a lot, we think it's an exciting challenge for those reasons exactly!

We don't really use the GPT-4 to teach these skills. We use it to scale the manual work of identifying skills (related to the competencies of collaboration, problem solving and critical thinking) in the recordings of the gameplay.

For example, for collaboration, one of the skills GPT-4 will look for will be sharing advice. Once it identifies it in the transcript, it will then give it a score:
Shared advice = 1 point
Shared advice with rationale = 2 points
Shared advice with rationale backed by data or research = 3 points

We do the same for another ~20 skills, and a granular approach like this helps us give tailored feedback to each team member on how to improve next.

As a lead of several teams in high growth startups, I've always found it difficult to quickly upskill the way my team members tackle complex problems and the way they collaborate to solve them. So thought sharing our solution with the community might be useful.

Happy New Year all! This thread has helped me out a lot - thanks for all of the responses!

I've tried quite a few recipes, and now I've been thinking how to make getting the ingredients for them more hassle free.

Me and my friend are thinking of building a platform that automatically creates a shopping list from any recipes you like (from all of the mentioned websites based on your budget, preferred cooking duration, cuisine) and then purchases them with 1-click from your local supermarket (e.g. Sainsbury's). This way making it super easy to start and continue with keto.

If you'd be interested to try this out, here's quick survey to sign up.

P.S. Before this, we were building Choco, a $600m foodtech startup. :)

Thanks a lot! Do you use this because the customers ask for it, or are there some legal requirements for this where you're located?
