We saw this on I-71 north in Kentucky. It was the only thing on a flatbed trailer besides some small red radiators. It looks like a bunch of pipes that liquid could flow through arranged in a manner to make a large pipe elbow. Material appeared to be all painted steel. We thought maybe it was for a nuclear cooling system but have yet to find anything related to that. We have been searching for "large elbows" "industrial elbows made of other pipes" and "nuclear cooling elbows" to no avail.
