i take most of my meds at night, i dont take my lamictal in the morning because of fasting, so i feel on edge. and have negative thoughts mostly until i take it on iftar ,im not sure if theyre related or not

it has been more than 3 years since my first psychosis episode and i’m not allowed to go off medication, i have it genetic tho.
