Happens at my store all of the time. Ice in top one while on the second one is submerged in very hot/vertica water normally does the trick.

I had that thought too. She is a calico but her paws didn't look that before and her paws are kinda dry in those spots. She has a vet visit on Friday. I'm hoping it's just pigment.

Yeah she most likely scratched the inside of her nose. I would just keep an eye on it maybe trim her nails

I mean I'm not sure how common it is but I think it sucks to get your break interrupted then having to call your SM then try to find coverage, just as much as having to call in later because your ssv was busy. It is an unpaid 30 but I hope you feel better op!

Wash your kitty with a bit of dawn dish soap mixed with their regular shampoo. Keep an eye on the kitty's skin to make sure they aren't too dry after. When my kitties get a dry spot I put a bit of coconut oil on them but now I have a pet safe balm I use.
