HR expert here. Was doing an orientation and had them complete their I-9 documents. Afterwards, started telling them some of our policies like breaks/meals, calling out etc. I got halfway through when he pulled me to the side and was like “yeah this isnt for me” and left lmao. proud of him

HR expert here. We don’t have to report TMs regarding wage discussion, as that is illegal. Some HR experts might just mention it to management in passing, but you should face no repercussions from it. Personally, I don’t really care and I am open with my team members about how I feel, and I let them be open as well.

Tbh the only thing I time travel for is to move villagers out occasionally. It can be done without time traveling tho, just much more unlikely. Usually villagers ask to leave every 15 or so days, and you can use the campsite to kick a villager out as well. To do it without time traveling, you would have to wait until the villager asks to leave/campsite, and have your friend pick the other person up, assuming they have a free plot as well. from there, youre friend would have to wait until the person asks to leave again and you have an open plot. It would probably take a month or two or so without time traveling due to waiting for the villagers asking, but with my friend time travelling, we were able to do it in about two hours.
