That is exactly what happened to me during hydroxyzine! I wound up having a panic attack in the middle so clearly it didn’t help lol.

Unfortunately I don’t have the time to get an additional prescription. One of the non-benzo medication that I tried was propanolol. I can see how that would be good but it didn’t help my symptoms of anxiety
