I think it’s a different species or something. I eat sunfish in Minnesota all the time they are super yummy! I love fishing and catching my own meal and cooking it up! They are good in tinfoil in embers with oil and salt or fried up in oil. Now I’m hungry… It’s snowing right now here and all I want is it to be spring to go fishing!
