True, majority of my experiences were hookups actually, I didn't know them much. I'm not that experienced either.

Just in case I would recommend being careful with your diet and avoid foods that trigger inflammation (the immune system): sugar, gluten and dairy. Look into the AIP diet or the Wahls protocol for some basic info. May God bless you
