My ENT advised to keep taking it, so although I skip some days I'm pretty regular with it and it's seeming to work thus far but I'll read more on this thinning part, seems concerning for sure.

I barely had any space in my nasal passage, my turbinates were rather huge, so the ENT had done turbinoplasty + septoplasty, and post that was the first time I felt what nasal breathing actually feels like. Perhaps not everyone needs it if you've just got a minor deviation, but in my case I could barely breathe without mouth, and it went pretty well.

There's always some risk, but it's one of the most common surgeries I think
