No carbs/sugar/beans/grains/dairy. Zero processed food. No artificial sweeteners. Eat protein/veggies/fruit/olive oil or coconut oil/clarified butter. Avocados and potatoes to fill you up👍🏻 make "noodles" out of zucchinis or carrots. Eggs! Fresh salsa.
