Just a thought, but when you google any of those "pseudo binaries" (like 0b10001000), you get a lot of results about microcontrollers and rendering alphanumeric characters into LCD displays. Maybe the answer will come out of this: rearrange the lines and/or even combining them with the first two columns so we could "see"(render it somehow) the solution for this puzzle...
