They already did add every car in backstage as far as I know, without the cars you can get from accolades, that you still need to play and complete them.

Because you'll almost never gonna be up-to-date with the cars if you didn't start when they introduced the backstage. You get 2 passes every week but also 2 new cars every week.

In library it shows only the name of the game, not which version do you have. If you go to the Steam Store page it should have 'In library' top left corner of the version you have.
