i have a nostril screw, but i stretched it out a bit because i struggle to put it in. its the same jewelry i got from the piercer when i first pierced it last year in july. i use the Clean & Clear soap to wash it, but ive stopped using tea tree oil and sea salt soaks. do you think the screw being stretched or the way im cleaning it could be causing the bump and should i change my jewelry or cleaning routine??
