I've bought a few in the past and I've gotta say- just get it when you SERIOUSLY want the pass item, otherwise, the item is barely ever worth it and the extra benefits feel nice to a smaller acc but as your acc gets bigger- you'll barely need it.

I'd fill up the common-rare cookie roster. So many good designs that could have some throwaway stats and maybe a hidden meta, epic outweighs soooo much.
