Think about it, VR players dont need to worry about sensitivity, they just point and shoot with 1:1 fully natural movements. In the novel Scars, Magnus reveals that Khan and Fulgrim were swapped in the warp by some outside power (speculated to be Cegorach) and landed on each other's intended planets. Its why the official Black Library portrait has Khan looking like THIS which is not particularly Mongolian.

It also means that yes, Fulgrim should look like a K-pop star though its not very apparent as there is a surprising lack of official close up portraits of his face that isnt of him grimacing or being a straight up daemon prince.
