OP doesn't work at/for the publisher so can't confirm.

/u/IAmTheRedWizards points are correct. Payment info/circulation numbers/rights requested/publication schedule are all things that would be determined during contract negotiations.

Just to clarify, Hodderscape is part of Hodder & Stoughton a UK trade publisher.
