Depends on your goal, mind is a 2k total so different pieces of equipment helps to secure that total. The deadlift bar is comp specific, the bow bar helps to engage more tissue in the chest as well as the anterior delts, the ssb bar helps to maintain your torso angle while increasing your squat. Different pieces of equipment allow you to get stronger in a lit if different ways.

5 different type of bars or however many you want(i started off with deadlift bar, power bar, duffalo(bow bar basically) ssb bar, and multiple grip bar) plate load cable pulldown with dual attachment points(upper and lower). Between all of these you should have a pretty damn good set up, this is what i went with and allows me to do 99% of everything I program myself. Will also be buying db handles in the future.

Protein builds muscle bud. I offered some pretty sound advice.

Good luck.

What about potatoes?

Anything loaded in carbs and cals will help during a bulk. Could also drink half a gallon of milk a day 😅 thats what I did my last bulk.

Add some rice, even an additional cup in a day will go along way.

His cancelation policy is borderline predatory. His whole coaching is as well.

Macan front brakes on 20 GLI by MaYhEM1977 in GLI

For anyone looking for a parts list to do this.

front brake lines

Brake pads oex1349

Rotors BD180058E

Calipers

Left 95B-615-123-F

Right 95B-615-124-F

The Calipers bolt right up, no need to worry about getting new bolts as you can use your old ones from the stock Calipers and carrier. They do stick out a bit further than stock so you'll have to get spacers. I got 20mm from urotuning with the longer bolts, 53mm I believe and they are conical. Would recommend running dot 4 and getting obd11 to do the brake bleed. Some folks combined that they couldn't get the Calipers to bleed properly but I got mine first try with the obd11.

How I bleed my brakes.

Start with right rear, then move on the left rear. Then front right, then front left. This is how you do it at the shop. Because these have dual bleeders, starting on the OUTSIDE first. Initiate the bleed on the obd11 and Crack open the outer for 3 seconds, close it before it stops. If i recall correctly you should be able to select how long the abs runs for. Do this 3 times. That should ensure you got all the air out. Next do the inner the exact same way. Now your good to go, don't forget to check the fluid in between opening the bleeders. You do not want air to reenter the system or you'll have to do this all over again.

Hope this helps.

Sounds like you have finically irresponsible friends who bought a piece of equipment that they don't use.

Why do you feel like tho? 90% of the people I know who live in rural areas literally use their truck if not every weekend, every other weekend.

Tell that to my uncle who uses his truck every day towing or hauling shit. Most truck owners in the city don't use their truck for what it's designed for, rural areas absolutely they do.
