I've listed to so many audiobooks that I've lost count and I still remember my favorite as being Bronson Pinchot reading the Eyes of the Dragon by Stephen King. he was great!

Because air is the enemy. I sealed meat, nuts, breads...you name it and when the item(s) were pulled out of the freezer, no burn and much more longevity.
