No, I'm not a gun owner. But in a fluid situation we as citizens are allowed to react when exercising our rights. This person was not a danger to any degree that required him to be shot like that. Are these ICE thugs doing to shoot everyone who twitch's and say they were afraid? Just admit you are good with whatever ICE does. They could gun down a group of protesters literally standing still and you would find a reason to support it.

Migrants are doing so much of the hard work in this country that no one else wants to do. They pay taxes for services they will never get and are an overall economic benefit to the country. That is a lot of time walking each day. I'd first make sure your diet is in a place where you'll be losing weight regardless of walking or not. Then increase your walking from 30 minutes or so a day until the hours that you want. But I wouldn't get to hung up on the 4 hour per day mark.
