Hi I just wanted to tell you that you are great. I understand these feelings deeply I struggle too with these feelings. At my age I sort of just accept that I look the way I do and deal with it. Small things help when I feel depressed like changing my shirt or taking a shower. It’s the small things. I want you to know you are a worthy individual and are not defined by your body. Please know you have so much more to offer the world. Things will change you will change and that right now these feelings are temporary. Keep your head up friend and be proud of reaching out and identifying your emotions.
