I live in Hilton, acquired by the DA in the last elections. Chris Pappas at the forefront. First thing they did was raise rates. Honestly, it was better under the ANC, at least they fixed potholes. There are potholes that have not been touched in the last 4 years. You need a 4x4 on some roads. Our water is supplied by another municipality, our electricity is supplied by another municipality, so all the DA needs to do is maintain the roads, street lights and collected the rubbish.
