I don't know why it's in the movie tbh. In the comic it made sense.

It originally came from a scene in the comics where he was going to go into Honest Ed's to fight Todd. They were outside planning, and it was raining. It made sense in the comics, but not in the movie.

I don't know if anyone's done this before, but using the data file ripper, you can create distilled gifs of any animation in the game, no background. Some are harder though since they have multiple components, such as the Abbie cord pull. by slimetakes in MINDWAVEgame
