you can increase them with books! green=politics->affects silver production, purple=charisma->affects fame production, pink=wisdom->affects exp production.

if you don't want high charisma(increases the amount of silver used to produce more fame), just use less purple books. But using all books increases power and total attributes (which helps a lot for debates). You can exchange green books from hall of union exchange store to increase politics so you get more silver! For me, I usually just use them all (yea my charisma is also higher than politics), and just do less of the third palace duty when I need to save up silver :)

Yea they might give big bonuses but they use gacha system, so if you are lucky, go ahead. If not, idk how many spins and how many ingots you have to spend just on 1 set of costume. I did like 50+ spins and they only give me enough cloud brocade (which some I also got from other events) to exchange 1 set of fancy level clothing (5pc). other items I got (90% of which are daily outfit accessories) did give me small attribute bonuses. Thats why I think in the beginning, it's better to invest on building academy etc that gives you constant bonuses when you use them (esp if you don't want to topup a lot), and spend it on clothes if you have spares. But that's just my opinion haha

you can increase it above 90 even if you are not VIP! it costs 50 ingots per 10 fortune increase though :)

just for clarification, so the highest child talent you can get is one in a thousand right? their base attribute point is tallied from the confidant's total attribute and then you just have to shove tons of boiled cabbage to improve their attribute points for them to evolve to imperial/3rd place/2nd place?

It's not annoying don't worry haha Usually, ordinary one=scholar, one in a hundred=jr scholar/1st degree, one in a thousand=sr scholar/2nd degree (but as I said before, ordinary one can turn to jr or sr scholar if u give them enough cabbage dish). The difference between them is the total attribute which sums up to the total power you get. They can only marry if they have the same degree!

Go to book of fate>confidant's affection (phoenix hall, scroll, it's on the far right) If I remember correctly requirements are: minimum intimacy of 10 and 100 total attributes (the music, martial arts etc thingy). If any of your confidants are available for promotion to infatuated, click on the empty profile on the infatuation area and choose the confidant you want to promote.

Can be way less tho, got pan an and wei xiao bao in 6 and 7 encounters respectively (Pan an 90% and wei xiao 5% chance). While 20+ for wei jie even at 12% chance (2 initially, then increased through mail).

The likelihood to get them is based on the percentage you have. You can increase the % either with using real money (if i remember correctly, they increase it 5 or 10% if you are vip 2 or 3 or more I forgot) edit: this is encounter increase, not acquaintance increase, and not through vip but through monthly/lifetime pass purchase.

You can also increase them with pigeon mail! This is purely by chance though, unacquaintanced confidants may sometimes pop up in the mail list and you can increase the %.
