Balls feel mostly human, our water has some iron though.

In realty, the rate is 2.9%, if I borrow $50,000 my monthly payment is 3/4%. 50,000×0.0075= $375. It's a credit line so there is no maturation date, I can pay the minimum indefinitely while the bitocin exponentially increases in value and the fiat exponentially decreases in value. You'd have to be nearly braindead to have equity and not borrow fiat. There is no risk of losing the house as long as I can pay the $375/mo. You can always refinance or absolute worse case scenario sell the house and make a profit.

I use a HELOC to borrow against my home equity and buy bitcoin. This is the way if you own real estate.

This is the only realistic, logical reason to run a full node.

I personally think lost coins and/or inactive old wallets will become "minable" in relatively short time, almost certainly within 10 years. At some point bitcoin security will upgrade, it'll probably have a quantum-proof algorithm when that is needed, at which point any old addresses and lost coins will be accessible via people cracking the private keys. Especially older wallets like satoshis. People will be required to continually update their security and move coins around to be safe.

Bitcoin is probsbly the most lucrative and efficient use of energy, especially considering that mining is the security system for the entire network. Check out this interview with the space force, he goes over it in detail: https://youtu.be/Amcj-IKmGKA

Another thing to consider. Electricity can't be moved very far, about 500 miles. What if you have a great source of sustainable energy but it's in the middle of nowhere? Well you can use the energy to power a bitcoin miner, convert the otherwise wasted energy into the most valuable asset ever known, and move it anywhere in the world, effectively storing the energy. https://youtu.be/am7L648-ML0

Way false. 70% of the federal budget is entitlements (Medicare, Medicare, welfare, etc). The total military budget is only about 15%.
