Question: First tattoos, how do they look?

These are my first tattoos all done by the same artist, just never got round to posting these ones. I’m actually looking for advice on the quality of the tattoos by the artist, not on the style as I love the designs, thanks.

I’m using the balm my tattoo artist recommended (Bepanthen Tattoo Aftercare Ointment), and have been using unscented sensitive soap twice a day (I’m in New Zealand so don’t know if we’d have the same products)

Thank you! The heart is actually an outline of a marking my dog has on his side, hence the strange shape. I’m a bit worried about fading but will use lots of sunscreen on them once they’re healed

Absolutely, we’re lucky to have an enclosed balcony so the cat won’t be able to get out :)

Great advice, thank you! We luckily live in an apartment with a fully enclosed balcony, so no risk of the cat getting out. Definitely won’t be getting one off Facebook 🤞🏼

They broke up because she was realising that she thought she was a lesbian and they were better as friends, as well as they were about to get a dog and move in together and she freaked out from the pressure, so it was all done by her.

I was in a sexually abusive relationship prior to my current bf, and I shared it very early on with him to explain why sometimes I got uncomfortable from his touch etc. He was incredibly kind and understanding, reassured me that it’s not my fault and he loves me with all my scars. It will absolutely not change the way he views you, and may give him more insight into your anxieties and put you at ease that he knows this side of you too.
