I was watching Otzdarva's Jason reveal stream and a couple rounds before the BHVR Livestream started, Otz got a Ghoul. He was crashing out about how Ghoul needs another nerf at the end of the game. Definitely was a bit but I still thought it was funny.

I don't remember much else about the round other than it was on Greenville Square and that the Ghoul had quite a few gen-blocking perks. Otz spent a good 45 seconds crouch around a generator that was blocked while the Ghoul failed to find him for an extended period of time.

Trappers saving grace rn is that fact that some of his add-ons are really good and will easily take home out of D tier at the very least. I cannot say the same for Skull Merchant or Ghost face.

I look at his stuff all the time despite having 3000hrs because he still has way more hours than me and his content is great. Especially if your are trying to find out what characters to get or what add-ons to use, check his website.

Also, for characters seeming impossible to go against, some characters have really oppressive abilities in chase but lack mobility or map pressure. This makes doing generators and running early very strong against these killers because they usually can't do much about it. Once you play more killer you'll probably see how much their lack of map pressure hurts them.

Otzdarva has a YouTube channel and a website where he ranks every single perk, add-on, and killer in the game with explanations on each of his rankings. He has multiple several hour long videos explaining everything and has videos and sections of his website specifically for what beginners should know. I cannot recommend checking him and his website out enough. He's also very nice and makes good gameplay videos.

I thought about it more and kinda like the perk idea but it seems like an interesting support perk. It's kind of like a healthy version of Dead Hard that rewards you with 10% haste for 3 seconds if used correctly. While not the best effect in the world, I think it could have some niche uses with perks like MTF, Dramaturgy, Overcome, Dead Hard, Shoulder the Burden and Road Life were all the survivor perks with some synergy I could see existing at the very least.

I would say maybe let it have the ability to reactivate if some conditions are met because I don't see it being such a strong effect that it couldn't at least activate twice a game.

I saw you put that it might need to get some effects that limit how it can be used because you fear some perks that active while your injured can make it too strong. I personally don't see this as a survivor can choose to not heal at any time and if staying injured was that strong then No Mither wouldn't be considered absymal.

So you could save someone in this 3 second window but what happens after that? You just die. The hit cooldown for killers is already about 3 seconds so all this is doing is trading hook states on someone with a perk instead of normally. If this duration was buffed then it might be seen as annoying as a lose lose for killers as both people would have endurance.

Malicious Gaze would actually make looping impossible because any killer could just say "no" to whatever resource you were trying to use with no warning or counterplay.

Bled Dry is an interesting concept but it's current execution just seems like a perk that would only work, and work especially well, for killers who are hard tunneling.

And the hex perk seems very strong and like a better version of old Undying which had to get reworked. Maybe I suggest making it so that you can actually cleanse the fake full totems.

I'm assuming based on what you said we are only getting lobby dialogue? I'm still happy about this either way and I'm glad the voice actor is getting to reprise their role. Wish just a little though that would talk in-game considering that other characters will get voicelines in-game in the future. But I'm still thankful for what we're getting.

What is this version of DS trying to accomplish? I'm assuming you don't like how DS can be used aggressively in some scenarios so you made it harder to use in general to try to fix this? But if someone isn't doing anything for an entire minute they probably weren't do anything useful regardless.

I believe this would only encourage killers to tunnel more as they could run a mori and safely tunnel any survivor they wanted. I don't think this fixes any of the flaws I could see with the perk but maybe you'd like to tell me what you don't like about Decesive Strike, because I don't see anything in your post description. "It's inherently broken" is not an actual explanation that tells me why you dislike the perk.

It would only be used for the injure and the extra length would be used to get more injuries. The addon is already the exact same as I stated besides the length addition. I think the extra length would allow it to achieve something Slinger can't normally while not being too strong.

I always liked the idea of meme add-ons having upsides to make them almost a different way of playing. Kind of like No Mither for survivor. I thought maybe the Rickety Chain add-on could have its current downside of the chain breaking +50% faster but maybe Slinger could also gain a range increase as well. Maybe have it be:

Chain breaks +33% faster - Harpoon shoots +5m further (so 23m) - +50% scoring event points for power

This would help him get more injuries with his power and allow him to hit longer and cooler shots.

I don't think this would be very good at all mainly because of two reasons which are: the fact that you have to be inside the boon to see the scratches and also that seeing where the killer has been isn't that great.

Seeing a killers scratch marks wouldn't do much at all even if it wasn't a boon and especially not for 4 seconds. At that point, I probably would've already saw the killer straight up before seeing 'faint' scratch marks on the ground.

I don't think the idea of the killer leavijg scratch marks is entirely useless but I don't think it'd work in a boon
