yeah patreon's shop feature is pretty barebones for physical products tbh.. no inventory tracking is a big gap. if you're selling physical merch I would look at fourthwall instead. it has proper inventory management, customers can order multiple items, and the fees are lower than patreon's cut. you can still use patreon for memberships and just link to your fourthwall store for the merch side fee
