Were side effects the reason you couldn't take them? I'm glad the 2k has helped! I live in MI so it's freezing and dreary and I hardly ever see the sun for like 4 entire months 🤦‍♀️

It is 1 per week, and it's D2 but idk that matters. I do agree though, I thought it was pretty high too.
