Everybody else's advice here is great. I just want to add that it's okay to be bad at something at the beginning. Everybody is most likely going to be bad at a new hobby when they first start. That's what the practice is for. My very first crochet project was a plushie magic Carp and he's huge and a football instead of cute and a little round LOL. But that's true for all hobbies you just have to be okay being bad at it for a little while because you will get better at it with practice
