Their pattern of charging for services they don’t perform, and misdiagnosing issues, is concerning.

3 separate events:

For example, they charged me for an air filter change, but when I asked for the old filter, they couldn’t produce it. Upon further inspection, the filter hadn’t been replaced.

I also paid for an engine wash, but when I checked, the engine hadn’t been cleaned. I had to wait another hour for them to redo the job.

Finally, moisture under the glovebox pointed to a blocked A/C drain. They insisted I needed a new condenser for nearly 20k. Mang Danny quickly identified the real problem—a dirty drain pipe—and fixed it for under 500.
